Order

We hope our ordering process is clear and transparent. If not, and you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

If you order on business days before 4:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information. If the order fits through the letterbox (only in the Netherlands), we will send the shipment as a letterbox package, so that you do not have to be at home for receiving.

  • The Netherlands: free shipping / ordered on business days before 4PM, next day delivery (via PostNL or DPD)
  • Belgium & Germany: €2.99 / 1 to 3 days delivery time (via DPD)
  • Europe other: €4.99 / 2 to 10 business days delivery time
  • Outside of Europe: €7.99 / 7 to 21 business days

We also offer Express delivery for a number of European countries.

If you are not at home and your order does not fit through the letterbox, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If that does not work, you can pick up the order at a pick up point.

Changed your mind? Want to return a product? Sure, that can happen. If you want to return your order and either get the purchase amount back, or exchange it for another product, just send us an email at support@mojogear.eu. Just be sure to include your order details.

Make sure your package is well packed, for example in the box in which you received it. If you can’t print the return form, please clearly write your name and order number on the box.

Return costs

When you use your right of withdrawal (return within 14 days), you bear the shipping costs. Send your return shipment to us with sufficient postage. Sometimes you can send the package as a letterbox package.
Is your product defective and is it under warranty? Then we will take care of the shipping costs. Also check out ‘Warranty‘.

Refund

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive the purchase amount back as soon as possible. This takes a maximum of 14 days, but usually it goes (much) faster.

Terms & conditions

Do you want to exchange or return something? You can always return your order within fourteen days after delivery without any specific reason. The item must be in new and undamaged condition. It must be returned in its original packaging. Products with traces of use cannot be exchanged.

Warranty

All products in our webshop (both MOJOGEAR and other brands) come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Are you having problems with a product? Send us an e-mail or use the contact form. We are happy to solve it for you.

Apart from the manufacturer’s warranty, the legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

Payment

We like to make it easy for you and therefore try to offer everyone’s favorite payment method. For this we are affiliated with the well-known and reliable payment platform ‘Stripe’.

    When paying with PayPal you can choose to Pay afterwards. When completing your purchase, PayPal pays the seller and the money will be debited from your bank account after 21 days.

What is MOJOGEAR?

MOJOGEAR is a Dutch brand specializing in smartphone accessories. We offer high quality products for a fair price. We’re very close with our production facility, where our products are handled with care, as well as our people.

Is it safe to order here?

Of course. We are affiliated with Trusted Shops, Thuiswinkel Waarborg and various payment platforms and handle your data securely. Would you rather order from a larger platform? Our products are also for sale via Bol.com (Netherlands / Belgium) and Amazon (all over Europe). However, these platforms charge a service fee, which means that the price is slightly higher there than on our own website.

How long will shipping take?

What if I changed my mind?

Do you decide within 14 days that you are not satisfied with your order for any reason? Then you can return your order. You pay the shipping costs for this yourself. For more information, please visit on our returns page .

Can I get a discount when ordering larger quantities?

If you want to order larger quantities, for example for your organization or as a promotional gift, we are happy to help with a tailor-made offer. Send us an email with your request and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do I get an invoice with my order?

Of course. We will email you one right after your order is complete. If you want any specific, non-standard information on your invoice, please let us know.

What if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us via the contact form, e-mail, Whatsapp or telephone. We do our utmost to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. You will receive a substantive response within three working days, but usually within a few hours.

If you don’t agree with the solution or we can’t work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).”
