There’s a switch on the microphone that allows you to choose whether you want to use both microphone heads to record or just one of them. The T Mic’s sound quality is very good, comparable to a lot more expensive microphones.

The patented SAIREN T Mic is made out of one solid piece of aluminium. You can easily connect the microphone to a camera or phone holder by using the cold shoe mount. The included shock mount makes shocks and vibrations while filming a thing of the past. The microphone works without a battery.

The T Mic is multi functional. You can connect the microphone to a smartphone, tablet, (DSLR)camera or laptop. Usually you need to use a different plug for a smartphone than for a camera but with this microphone that’s not necessary. The switch on the microphone allows you to easily switch between the smartphone mode and camera mode.

Headphone connection

Note: this microphone connects to the headphone jack of a smartphone. Some new smartphones don’t have a headphone jack anymore. In this case you can use an adapter to connect the microphone (the adapter often comes included with your new phone).
